Air Fryer Chicken Wing Bites (GF & Keto Friendly)

Air Fryer Chicken Wing Bites are super easy to make and the perfect game day snack!  First, Chicken breasts are cubed, breaded in almond flour and air-fired to crispy perfection! Then, topped with your favorite wing sauce, I use buffalo and barbeque sauce.  Finally, serve your Chicken Wing Bites with ranch/blue cheese dressing, carrots and celery.   These bites are gluten free, low carb and Keto Friendly!  These are also great served as buffalo chicken lettuce wraps.

Step by step

First, cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and set aside.

Second, set up my dredging stations by getting out two shallow bowls.  In one bowl whisk together egg, a little bit of water, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.  In the second bowl, whisk the almond flour with another pinch each of salt and pepper.

Third, air fry the chicken!  I prep my airfryer by spraying the basket with non-stick cooking spray.  Then, I gently place the chicken pieces in the airfryer and spray the top with additional cooking spray.  The chicken should not be touching.  Depending on the size of your airfryer you may need to do this in batches.  I have a smaller airfryer, and this took my three batches.

Cook for 7 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Flip the chicken breasts and cook for another 3 minutes.  The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fourth, serve your chicken bites!  To serve, coat the bites in your favorite wing sauce.  I used buffalo sauce and bbq sauce.  I make my own buffalo sauce by melting 2 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of louisiana hot sauce.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, cut up celery and carrots. We have a delicious and healthy yogurt ranch recipe including our Air Fryer Buffalo Stuffed Chicken Breasts that goes perfectly with these bites.

Additionally, you can serve these bites as lettuce wraps.  Simply place the chicken pieces in lettuce leaves and top with shredded carrot and yogurt ranch. This is probably my favorite way of serving these bites and I highly recommend trying it out!
