About Me

Welcome to my site! My name is Jen. Cooking has been my passion since I was little and I am excited to share my recipes with you. I work a 9 to 5 job and do not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen on a week day. My goal is to create healthy and quick meals that you can make any day of the week.

All of my recipes are free from onion and garlic. After having to avoid these foods due to an intolerance, I have found you can make delicious meals without noticing they are missing!
