The Best White Turkey Chili
The Best White Turkey Chili

Here in Michigan, it has been cold and snowy. To cozy up and hibernate this winter, I have been making hearty and healthy White Turkey Chili. This recipe is super easy to make and truly The Best White Turkey Chili recipe you will ever make!

White Turkey Chili is incredibly easy to whip up and has minimal chopping and dishes. I like sneaking in vegetables in dishes wherever I can. Zucchini is a delicious addition in this this recipe to pump up the vegetables in the meal.

How to make White Turkey Chili:

To make the chili, start with browning the ground turkey in oil, over medium heat.
Once the ground turkey has browned add zucchini, jalapeno, green chilies and spices. Cook another 5 minutes, until zucchini is slightly browned.
Add in the beans and broth. Cook for 25-30 minutes, uncovered.

The chili will be done once thickened and the zucchini is softened. Serve with desired toppings.

Toppings

I’m a huge fan of toppings on chili, they are definitely my favorite part of any meal. The more toppings the better! I have listed some topping ideas that are delicious with this White Turkey Chili:

  • Sour cream (you can also substitute unsweetened Greek yogurt for sour cream as a healthy alternative)
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Sliced fresh or pickled jalapenos
