Lemon Honey Vinaigrette

This may be the only salad dressing recipe you need! My Lemon Honey Vinaigrette Salad Dressing is light and refreshing, with a slight sweetness from a touch of honey. The dressing will go well on any salad you make. I like to meal prep a jar of this to have in my fridge all week long when needed. This recipe will be enough for 4-6 salads, depending on how much dressing you prefer.

MAIN INDREDIENT LIST FOR LEMON HONEY VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING

  • Fresh Lemon Juice – I recommend using freshly squeezed lemon juice. You can substitute with bottled, however the flavor will be a little different.
  • Honey
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

HOW TO MAKE LEMON HONEY VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING

This recipe is incredibly simple to make. To start, squeezer the juice out of your lemons. This recipe calls for 1/4 cup, that took about 2 lemons for me however it will depend on the size of your lemons.

Next, add all ingredients – lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper- to a jar with a tight fitting lid. Then shake until combined. You can serve this dressing on any salad.
