Rosemary Roasted Mixed Nuts
An impossibly easy recipe, you'll never buy roasted nut mixes again after making this!

Cuisine roasted nuts
- 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 heaping tbsps chopped, fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 1/2 cups raw, unsalted mixed nuts You can use whatever nuts you prefer and have have on hand. I used a mixture of pecans, almonds, and cashews.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium bowl, combine oil, sugar, rosemary, and sea salt.
Add the mixed nuts to the bowl. Stir until the nuts are well coated with the oil mixture.
Pour onto an oiled baking sheet. Make sure the nuts are in an even layer and not touch.
Bake on the center rack of your oven for 10-15 minutes.
Keep a close eye on the oven. Remove from the oven when fragrant and slightly brown.
Let cool and serve.
