Rosemary Roasted Mixed Nuts

An impossibly easy recipe, you'll never buy roasted nut mixes again after making this!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 heaping tbsps chopped, fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 1/2 cups raw, unsalted mixed nuts You can use whatever nuts you prefer and have have on hand. I used a mixture of pecans, almonds, and cashews.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a medium bowl, combine oil, sugar, rosemary, and sea salt.
  • Add the mixed nuts to the bowl. Stir until the nuts are well coated with the oil mixture.
  • Pour onto an oiled baking sheet. Make sure the nuts are in an even layer and not touch.
  • Bake on the center rack of your oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • Keep a close eye on the oven. Remove from the oven when fragrant and slightly brown.
  • Let cool and serve.
